Guthrie FMC, a property and facility management company, is a Singapore registered Company. It was first estabbilshed in 1990 as a jointly owned company by Guthrie Engineering of Singapore and Serco Asia. It is now fully owned by Guthrie Engineering. It has been the managing agent for the following projects in various government ministries:
